Really nice short stay. Room was exceptionally clean, with all the amenities required, Tv and functional en-suite.
Great location 10mins walk the beach front, or to selection of busses/Train.
TV and sitting room downstairs.
Choice was with full English breakfast- which was exceptional- Pat and Karen were very warm and ensured everything was ok.

We stayed with Pat for Seven nights from 25th June 2024. She is a great host and couldn't do enough for us. St Leonards is a short walk from bars and restaurants and Shanklin beach is also only a short walk and there is a cliff lift to get you down if needed. The room we had was the family room,large and very clean. Pat pays a lot of attention to detail. The breakfast has lots of choice from full English to continental and both delicious. If we go back to the Isle of Wight we would not hesitate to stay with Pat again. Great place to use as a base to explore the Island.
We had such a lovely time here on the island. Pat was the best hostess we could wish for the ST Leonards is first class, clean, comfortable ,and furnished to a high standards

Lovely, convenient location to explore the isle. Room was exceptionally clean and all mod cons inclusive. Breakfast was brilliant with so much choice and cooked to perfection. Pat and her colleague were very welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend this place for a holiday short or long stay.
Pat amazing stay as always , rooms so clean and fresh, immaculate, breakfast outstanding,very well looked after from moment we arrived till we left thank you.
